Pakistan maintained their strong T20 form to notch up their fifth straight win in the format after a comfortable 6 wicket win over the West Indies. In the first T20 in Bridgetown, Pakistan restricted the hosts to 111 with the help of debutant Shadab Khan who finished with 4-0-7-3 and left the Windies in tatters. In reply, Pakistan faced some hiccups but with a small target to chase, cruised home courtesy Shoaib Malik and Babar Azam. This gives Pakistan a 1-0 lead in the four-match T20 series.

Pakistan take a 1-0 lead. The series now moves to Trinidad & Tobago, where the remaining three matches will be played.
